Like you, I once used MarketCast live data feed however switched over to InteractiveBrokers to trade the SPI.   It’s cheap, reliable, up to date and provides back fill capability plus it costs zero as long as you trade.

If you do decide to use this, make sure you obtain your data from the Hong Kong server (similar time zone) so that you don’t experience down time problems due to out of hours maintenance.

All the best

Ken

Subject: Re: [amibroker] Importing from Amiquote

Until recently I used to get the Marketcast live feed and use the AB plugin. Very costly-  and I felt I may not need such sophistication. However - now that I don't have it, I really miss it. Delayed data from Yahoo seemed like a reasonably alternative.

I have obviously seen references to QuoteTracker on the forum, but had no idea what it was. As we speak, I have just downloaded it. I will install it and see how we go.

Graham - once again, much obliged.

Ian
