For ASX
I use my online brokers through quotetracker for live data, no fees
There is delayed 20 minute with ASX as provider.
backfill is done using tradingroom, delayed 20 minutes (free) - I only use this in the event of computer downtime (power failure etc) and for backfilling my complete list after trading hours. I only have my immediate watchlist live during the day, no need for anything else as it just slows down the feed and uses bandwidth

Marketcast does of course supply the ASX live data in Aussie times, and right up to the time I became too miserable to pay the download fees, it combined readily with EOD charts using the plugin. That was using the standard AB version of the program. I had a look at QuoteTracker, and unless I'm missing something, Yahoo still seems to be the only free site for the data I'm after.
Are you subscribing to a data provider?
