[amibroker] AFL Buy signal when oscillator goes below and back above a reference point

How would I create a Buy signal in AFL when an oscillator like RSI or 
Stochastics crosses below 20 and then crosses back above 20?  The buy 
signal is not created until it crosses back above the reference point.
