A routine that I run on a daily basis normally takes 23 mins (ranking 1000
stocks, there are 1000 * 1000 * no of bars iterations). It finished in 18
min in 4.75
A 28% increase in speed.

Hello,
I am wondering what kind of speed increase you are getting using AmiBroker
4.75.0 when running optimizations.
Please provide your timings if you made any comparisons.
The reason why I am asking is to get some feedback on complexity of formulas
that you use and how speed improvements in one area (arithmetic/logical
operators) affect performance of your code.
I am especially interested in optimization timings because they are long
enough to give you some difference that matters. Other things (like charts)
usually execute so fast that speed improvements do not matter.
