By having this as your LAST plot statement since you can't actually
control the background colors in code:
TimeColor = set color based on time interval here;
//You might want to set TimeColor = Null for one of the timeframes so
you get the "normal" background color for that.

Hi.
You could use the interval() function to determine what timeframe you
are
in, and then set your colors on the basis of that.
