I have wondered for a long time why the close dialog box does not contain a
"Cancel" choice.
If I click the close "X" by mistake (or change my mind), I get the choices
to save the database or not save it, but no choice to remain in the program
with it running. It will close one way or the other and then require a
restart.
Am I missing something as to why there is no "Cancel"?
Would this be a minor but useful addition??
