Has nothing to do
with my computer settings since I run very large image files for my
hobby. Running special software programs and use up over 2gb of memory
all the time with it
My page filing is
over 4gb and I keep hyper thread on since it speeds up all the programs I have
tested with it either way
There is something in
the AB settings that I am missing causing this issue and not on my computers
end
I was running over
8,000 stocks charts and that is when the issues happened. On a watch
list of 2,000 or so not an issue

Yep, not your installed memory. I have 1.5Gb and
AB runs fine.
Just a thought... Try turning Off the code
switch and then turning off HyperThreading (I think that's an option), then
turn off both.
Also, have you checked your page file size? At
2Gb of memory, it should be set to about 3Gb.
I can't think of anything
else.

the Microsoft code switch to allow 3gb of memory and page memory is maxed
out too

AB and eSignal are memory "intensive".
With EOD data (i.e., no live datafeed), I've had AB use more than 1/2 Gb of
memory after an exploration.
How much memory does your system have? If less
than 1Gb, consider upgrading.
