You might want to change one set of the > and < to >= and <=
Buy=MA10>Ref(MA10,-1) AND Ref(MA10,-1) <= Ref(MA10,-2);
Sell=MA10<Ref(MA10,-1) AND Ref(MA10,-1) >= Ref(MA10,-2);
