Try
checking/unchecking "Paste as HTML" in Tools->Preferences->Editor
tab.
Mine is unchecked, I use Outlook (with
Word as my editor). It pastes perfectly every time "provided" my
email is set to html. Some emails I reply to default to plain text. The code
still pastes, but without formatting.

Pasting AB code into Outlook e-mail
Hi,
When I paste AB AFL code
from
the AFL editor to an Outlook e-mail, sometimes it pastes fine. Sometimes
no code is pasted.
As workaround, I select the Outlook
menu, “Edit à Paste
Special à Unformatted Text”. This
works, but the AFL color coding is lost.
Is there a way of consistently pasting AFL code from
the AFL Editor to an Outlook e-mail WITHOUT losing the color coding?
