Hi Bob,
That's the way that I thought it would work, but for some reason it didn't.
I only noticed a change after I restarted AB.
What I would like to do is update TC2005 intraday and then run some of the
explorations on AB immediately after.
Maybe it's a DB setting?
I will experiment tomorrow.
Dave

AB will load all of the new data when you select a new symbol.

Subject: [amibroker] TC2005 Database
Hi folks,
I am using TC2005 as my EOD data provider. This evening I updated the
TC2005 database (retrieved todays prices) and noticed that Amibroker
didn't recognize these new daily prices till I shut down and restared
AB.
My database settings are set that the database is a local DB. So what
I think is happening is that even though the TC DB is updated, the AB
DB is not till I restart AB. Is there another way to refresh or sync
these two applications or will I have to restart AB each time?
