Try this as a do-it-yourself project.

Go to this link:

Register, it's free.

Navigate to : Investing>Ideas&Screening>Power Screener

In no time you'll be able to download a list with all 8700+- US 
stocks broken down by exchange.  It also is a quick way to keep 
yourself updated as the database changes.

One question tho:  Why would you want to track all 8700 issues?
That list will certainly be populated by junk issues with low
prices and low volumes that you would be unlikely to trade anyway.
