[amibroker] How to get close on a specific date?

There must be a straightforward way to get this, but I seem to be more 
dense than usual today.:)  How can you get the closing price for a 
security on a specific date?   

The closest I've come is this, but I know it can't be right because 
ValueWhen requires a condition:

start=ParamDate("Start Date","2005-1-03",0);

Pr=ValueWhen(start,C,1);

Plot(Pr,"Price",3,style=styleLine);

Is there a function other than ValueWhen that will do this?  If not, 
what condition could I insert?  Or does this require an intermediate 
step involving counting the number of bars between two dates and 
subtracting from the current bar? TIA for any help.
