SharesOut = Outstanding, Issued or All Shares
SharesFloat = SharesOut - Restricted Shares
SharesShort = Short sold shares
Shares that they use to calculate market value would be SharesOut
SharesFloat would be those that are able to be traded. eg excludes
shares held in escrow
SharesShort is just that, those shares that have been sold before they
are bought to exit the trade
