[amibroker] IB Controller request: allow a simulation mode

Hi Tomasz,

I'm posting this to the general Amibroker group because I think it
would be of interest to many here.

Would you be willing to consider adding a simulation mode to the IB
Controller? This way, I can use my real account with IB while I'm
looking at what's going on in real-time with the eSignal real-time
plugin (or any of the other real-time data plugins for that
matter). I was thinking you could have a separate function call to
turn simulation mode on/off and the IB controller can feedback the
trade information to Amibroker as though the trades were real.
Perhaps a basic assumption that you'll only get filled with a BUY on
the ASK and a SELL on the BID (a guaranteed slippage) would be
sufficient for basic testing.

Hmm, maybe one other idea is that you could allow the client ID to
be something other than 0 when you're connecting in simulation
mode? Of course, the understanding is that certain account
information would not be available because of that. At least this
way, I could connect some other front-end to IB for real-time
trading while I'm testing something else with the IB Controller in
simulation mode on the side.

Hope you like this idea,

Steve
