How about getting rid of the buy in your code, and change it to something like:

Cond= Monday>70 AND f2 AND f3;

Filter= Cond > 0;

Also, Why are you using old Column syntax and not Addcolumn();

AddColumn(Close,"close",1.2);

AddColumn(Monday,"Monday",1);

The exploration is modified to this, I'm getting the Price column,
but on the chart arrows are all over the place.

whichDay = 1; // Sunday = 0, Monday = 1, ..., Saturday = 6
whichYear = 2005;
days = DayOfWeek() == whichDay AND Year() == whichYear;
totalDays = LastValue(Cum(Days));
upDays = DayOfWeek() == whichDay AND Year() == whichYear AND C > Ref
(C, -1);
totalUpDays = LastValue(Cum(upDays));
Monday = 100 * (totalUpDays / totalDays);
f2=Close>20;
f3=Close<200;
Buy= Monday>70 AND f2 AND f3;
Filter= Buy;
NumColumns=2;
Column0Name = Close;
Column0=Close;
Column1Name=Monday;
Column1= Monday;

How do I get rid of the arrows?
