[amibroker] Re: Windows problems

I was not aware that info was in the Registry. None of my windows 
programs externalize this nor would I want anyone to change it. When 
I write windows apps I set the default file types in the file dialog 
box cpp file. This gets compiled and is not changeable. I just 
searched the Registry for one of my programs that uses multiple file 
formats and there was no Registry entry that shows the file formats 
so there was nothing to change there.

You might suggest that Tomasz change the default file types in the 
file dialog cpp or put all the formats on one line rather than in a 
list. Coders usually group them so they can call a common function 
that processes specific file formats, there are many. I doubt he 
will make the change unless a bunch of folks ask him to since you 
are only a click away from the file format you want to use and he 
has much more pressing work to do.
