Re Registry settings,
Is it possible to change "the types of files to display" for Import and
Export?
Asking because I need a .TXT extension for compatibility with TC-2005.

You seem to use some older version (not recent 4.74).
If this is the case you may reset docking panes by removing all
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TJP\Broker\Toolbar3-SCBar-*
keys from the registry.
