Forget that; I found the video link.
But one thing I cannot do now, nor find a solution for, is to order
the buttons on a toolbar. This used to be a option that could be set
from the customize command for any toolbar. Buttons could not only
be added or removed, but moved up or down in order. I cannot find
that capability now.
