I could not even venture a guess.
 
I have 4 chart windows up at one time so I never see what you described unless, for example, I expand the ES 233 tick chart to full screen.

I get very concerned when things are not repeatable, because never know what to expect next!

I load 50,000 and only see this problem on the older bars (left side of chart) so it doesn't affect what I trade. The indicators are also changing with the bars on the left side of the chart here.

This is affecting indicators sometimes if a critical (aggressive) decision is being made.
