Thanks, this is great. I already feared that IQFeed would no longer
be supported by Amibroker. IQFeed can be recommended as a good
alternative to Esignal if a high symbol limit is important, and that
for a more affordable price. Unfortunately, the backfilling hangs too
often with API version 2.3.0.1. So it would be a big improvement if
Amibroker supported the new IQFeed API 4.0.0.2.
