Unfortunately the amibroker esignal mixed mode doesnt work with
synbols where you only have a EOD subscription. You can test that by
adding a non realtime subscription symbol to your mixed database. You
wont get any quotes at all, even no EOD quotes. Therefore i still use
two databases, one mixed and the other EOD only.
