[amibroker] Multiple Instances question

Hi all,

If I were to run 2 AB instances, what is the best alternative? 
Installing AB once and running two AB or installing AB twice under
different names? I have an end of day database which gathers data from
Yhoo Finance and another intraday which gathers data from Esignal.

Any opinions or suggestions are welcome
