[amibroker] IB Plugin

Dear TJ,

Please don't get me wrong, I appreciate your work and find AB by far the
best in its class. But...

But I find frustrating to have a plugin for IB that can't retrieve 5 days of
past history, as provided by IB, for most symbols.

I have plugin 1.4.2. Is anything expected soon?
