[amibroker] Amibroker and MT4 problems with backfills

Here are the pics that show the problems caused by the DDE once it is
connected.  Maybe some time in the future, this will be
fix.   I know it might have to do with the DDE or maybe my
settings.  I'll keep playing around with it but I haven't found
anything that can fix this problem.
