Here are a a few lines not quite correct
if ((L[i-2] = L[i-1]) AND (H[i-2] = H[i-1]))
if(down_Swing[i-1] == 1 AND H > H[i-1] AND L > L[i-1])
if(down_Swing[i-1] == 1 AND H > H[i-1] AND L > L[i-1])
hopefully I get it right
if ((L[i-2] == L[i-1]) AND (H[i-2] == H[i-1]))
if(down_Swing[i-1] == 1 AND H[i] > H[i-1] AND L[i] > L[i-1])
if(down_Swing[i-1] == 1 AND H[i] > H[i-1] AND L[i] > L[i-1])
