I use Python. There is no direct interface to AB so I transfer data
between the 2 using text files. Not the most efficient way but it works.
Python is very easy to learn and use. It has more builtin functionality
than any other programming language. There are hundreds if not thousands
of addon modules. For example, I can use SciPy's DSP functionality to do
Fourier analysis or run Digital Filters with just a few lines of code.
