Yes but that is what I was trying to avoid.  That requires me to maintain two or more files for one strategy.  It's not a huge deal, but when you are trying out so many things like I am you want to find efficiencies in your work. 
 
But if that's the only way....

you could have the code in one file and the plots in others and use #include
