I agree but what I meant was the info displayed doesn’t explain %f, %e or %g formatting.

Peter,

I tried this and the F1 key worked fine.  Some times it works better is you just left-click the function again.   Don’t double-click or select it.  Just place the cursor in the function somewhere.

Another option is to right-click and then select “Function reference F1” from the mini-menu.

Regards,

Dan.

Subject: [amibroker] STRFORMAT??

Hi

STRFORMAT uses %f, %e or %g for formatting numbers. Can’t find anything in the manual, can someone help with an explanation of what they do?

Does %g round to the nearest number?

Thanks

Peter
