proabably a simple answer available, but you could use something like this
BuySig = YourBuyConditions;
EndOfDay = datenum()!=ref(datenum(),1);
HadOneTradeAlready = Flip( BuySig, EndOfDay );
Buy = BuySig and ref(HadOneTradeAlready,-1)==0;
