you are telling it to only save the results of last bar
if( LastValue( Buy OR Sell) )

}
try this instead
for(i=1;i<barcount;i++);
{
if( Buy[i] OR Sell[i]) )
{
CategoryAddSymbol( "", categoryWatchlist, 7 );
}
}
you could limit the for loop to jsut the final 5 bars as example
for(i=barcount-6;i<barcount;i++);
