Thanks to all who helped me get this straight:
The Mr. Carter had referenced the Keltner bands as Kelt(n)er Channels. This
kept me from finding them right under my nose.
His web seminar on precious metals trading using his system should be posted
on the IB site soon, if not by now.

Keltner and Bollinger already are there in AB and momentum oscillator
is here:
