[amibroker] kelter channel

John Carter conducted a web seminar at IB recently where he described a system using Bollinger Bands and Kelter Channels, with the Momentum Oscillator as the long-short direction signal.

 

I searched the on-line Reference for both the Kelter Channel and the Momentum Oscillator, but neither was listed. Are the codes for either of these available in AFL code?
