You must use a "trick" by plotting the upper band as an area chart with
a color and then plotting the lower band the same, but using the
background color. These need to be the last two Plot statements so they
stay "on the bottom" or "underneath" all the other plots.
You can also get a dark outline for the bbands by plotting the first as
normal StyleLine Plots.
