[amibroker] request to Tomasz for db name to be added to report file

Tomasz,
in the course of developing an approach to dividend adjusted prices for 
ASX, i was comparing AA runs against different dbs. It appears that the 
db name of a particular run isn't recorded in the report files that 
explorer saves. If it is kindly tell me where (my apology herewith).
If not could you add it somewhere please.
This might be helpful to anyone testing across different markets who 
don't use yahoo or equivalent suffixes.
