[amibroker] Real time quote sheet adjustment

Hi,

I am new to the Amibroker. Although the software looks promising, it
is not easy at all to use. So, here is my first dumb question.

How do I add/remove columns in the real time quote sheet?
I guess I can hide columns by decreasing the size of the column, but
can I remove them?
How do I even know the possible list of columns? 
I couldn't find the info from user's guide or help.

Can I create customized columns like today's high minus today's low?
If I can, would anyone guide me to the right resourse for these?
