I have been able to write-out the datenum file and import it for whole
db.
the exploration output of dividend adjusted prices is ok.
i get into trouble trying to directly write a txt file.
<ANZ> is ok because it's history goes way back. AAB is ok because it
has no dividends.
The cases i have trouble with are like "AAC" which has only recent data.
The write file code executes for i=0 to barcount. I need some way to
say start here corresponding to the first barindex() for which there is
real data.
