Hi Mike,
I have been using Amibroker for only a week now. I have been using excel for many years and you can create a macro in excel that will copy all your data to a file and save it as a .csv file. This can be done for one symbol and export the file and save it to the .csv file. Then take the macro once it does exactly what you want it to do and then copy it onto a new work sheet in the same program you are exporting. Then by using the formula =left(cell number, number of letters you want to copy)&then put the address of the next symbol here&right(cell number, number of letters you want to copy).

Build the macro for one symbol and then use excel to build the complete macro for all symbols you wish to keep track of. Then copy the formulas back into the same macro that you first created. This will automate the complete process with just a crtl (assigned letter) and it will then be done in less than 1 minute.

Also you can automate the download of the prices into excel and update the prices you wish to keep track of. This can be done in a separate macro or you can build just one to do it all.

I would like to ask a question about the Amibroker program that downloads data from Yahoo. When I first started using the program about 4 days ago I could download the historical prices from Yahoo, but in the last two days I have not been able to download or access the data on there website. Does anyone know if Yahoo has a problem or did they block my ability to download because I have been downloading the 8,000 quotes and history for the last 4 days because I am using the trial version. Could you check this address and see if you can see the data and email me back to tell me if it works for you.
