[amibroker] Same bar entry signals

Backtester seems to ignore any additional buys or shorts that occur on
the same bar.  I thought I had solved the problem of pyramiding in
with SigScaleIn. It does work for subsequent signals on later bars.
But for signals on the same bar, only one is taken. Again trades show
in scan but not backtester.

Allow exit on same bar is checked in backtester settings.

Is same bar trading not currently supported? Is there a work around?
