Ed, here is a copy of an email Marcin sent me a few weeks ago...

1)
You should keep RT quote window opened
(it's only refreshed when it's displayed)

2)
The differences between these two versions are described at:
http://www.amibroker.com/guide/versions.html

The most important features available only in professional are:
- tick, 5- , 15- seconds intervals
- more than 10 symbols in RT Quote window
- unlimited number of Time&Sales windows
- MAE/MFE distribution charts
- GetRTData() function that allows you to obtain data from RTsource directly
from AFL formula

Since i have upgraded a few weeks ago to the Pro, i have not noticed any
difference except i can now Backfill all the symbols in the RTQ at once--not
limited to 10.----i'm all the way up to 14 symbols!!! :)

hth,
ron

Thanks for the replies. Can someone tell me if real time feeds will
work better with the Professional Edition versus the Standard Edition?
Thanks, Ed
