Haven't tested it, but I think this would do it:
ThirtyDayHighLine = IIf( BarIndex() >= BarCount - 30, HHV( High, 30 ),
NULL );
Plot( ThirtyDayHighLine, "30 Day High", colorRed, StyleLine );
