Hi Jeremy,

 

If using Internet Explorer as your browser, check the selection at Tools--> Internet Options --> General Tab --> Settings and the radio button for check for newer versions of stored pages should be set to Automatically.  You may not be seeing a new page, just that which is stored in your cache until you exit and reenter. 

 

If not using IE, look for equivalent setting.
