[amibroker] Intraday time shift and missing bars w/ IB

I just set up an intraday database using IB.  But in Amibroker, I only
see bars from 9:30 up until 13:00.  And these bars look like they are
really the bars from 12:30 until 16:00.  I have intraday settings to
"Exchange Time" and 0 Hr Time Shift and "show day session only".

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure out what.
