[amibroker] Ami + IB's TWS for ER2, ES, NQ index futures?

Having read the multiple pages posted by Amibroker on how to use
Interactive Broker's datafeed, I still have no clear conception of
whether this will work for what I'm trading, namely the index
futures. So, questions as follows:

1) Is anyone out there using Amibroker with IB to trade the index
futures (ER, ES, NQ, etc.)? If so, how's it working for you?

2) I've heard that the quality of the data from IB is lower (more
bad ticks, inaccurate numbers, etc.) than for other data sources.
Has anyone found this to actually be true, and if so, has it ever
been bad enough to impair your trading?

3) I've been trying to trade with a program called Bracket Trader,
which links to IB thru an API, similar to the one Amibroker uses.
Unfortunately, there have been many problems associated with this
connection. Two examples:
3a) after every API upgrade that IB makes, the connection to the
Bracket Trader gets screwed up. Does this happen with Amibroker?
3b) the datafeed from IB that gets routed through the API is
slower than IB's own Booktrader. The difference is significant
enough that it makes scalping very risky. Has anyone actually
compared Amibroker with IB datafeed to some other setup, such as
Amibroker with eSignal, or eSignal alone, or anything like that?

4) How do I get backfill data to fill in daily, weekly and monthly
charts?

Sorry for the long post. Hope I've gotten all my questions into one
thread. Many thanks in advance.
Taz
