The issue is -  if you first have AB open and are working in it, and would  like a TC2000 middle of the day update with

out shutting AB down.  In order for AB to reflect the updates you first have to close AB and then restart it.  Now your AB data

will reflect delayed data not sure if it's 1/2 hr or 15 minute delay.  

 

However if you update 1 hour after the close of the market  then open Amibroker next you won't have a problem as you point out.

 

Try it.

I haven’t noticed this.  Daily data in TC2005 seems to be available within an hour or so after close.  I update TC2005 and then the data is available to AB.

 

I’ll take a closer look this afternoon.

I have a question re TeleChart 2005 of anyone on the list who is using
that service for data into AmiBroker.

I'm new to the service. When is the EOD data available for upload into
AmiBroker? The updating seems erratic to me, and I often don't get
updated data for 24 hours after markets close. I thought it was all
supposed to be interactive and automatic!
