Tomasz,
I haven't been able to view the Realtime Quote window on one box since
removing a 3rd monitor and its PCI card.
Assumed AB was faithfully displaying it on the 3rd monitor, so figured
deleting Toolbar3-* worth a try.
No such luck.

Exactly, it must be moved outside of screen.
You can reset all toolbars by deleting all
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TJP\Broker\Toolbar3-*
registry keys.
