You may want to look at Dr. TJ's implementation of the following:
"In "Fibonacci And Gann Projections" article Dennis D. Peterson shows how to
display time projections based on zig zag indicator and fibonacci ratios as
well as price projections based on Gann square-of-nine calculations."
The AFL formula is in the Member Area - TASC Tips October 2004.
You can probably adapt the code to your requirements.
