timeframecompress reduces the number of actual bars to that of the
referenced timeframe, eg weekly, but maintains the overall number of
bars to that of the base timeframe, eg daily. In effect it squeezes
the bars to the right end of the chart, leaving blanks at the left
end.
timeframeexpand does what it says, expands the compressed bars to fill
the base timeframe chart. So you get the same weekly bar covering the
daily bars that make that week. How they fill depends on whether you
use last or first.
