Tomasz,
I was told that I would receive a response "within maximum 3 days" to
my email (RE: [#18753] Custom programming) on the 9th of March. I
still have not received a response over a month later!
I understand that you guys may be extremely busy but to tell me that
you would respond within a set period and then not to bother at all is
unprofessional, IMHO.
I would appreciate some response.
