The arrows are down because the TYPE you are using is 2.
AlertIf( Buy, "Sound C:\\Program Files\\AmiBroker\\Sounds\\gunshot.wav","Buy",2);
Change it to 1 to get buy arrow:
AlertIf( Buy, "Sound C:\\Program Files\\AmiBroker\\Sounds\\gunshot.wav","Buy",1);
