Hello,

TWS API installer is not able to downgrade without manual deletion
of TWSSocketClient.DLL from Windows\System32 directory.

You should report to IB that fact so they fix their installer finally.

In the mean time: simply DELETE manually (using Explorer) TWSSocketClient.DLL from Windows\System32 directory
and run TWS API 8.30 setup again.
